Priority Registration
Beginning
the fifth week of every session, our
Priority Registration
begins for
the next session! It is a three week process that is designed
to be a convenience to you. During the first week, you can
re-register your child if you keep the same day and time. This
way your spot is reserved. During the second week, if you need
to change the day or time you can do so. The third week is open
enrollment. Anyone who wishes to take a class with us that is
not currently enrolled can do so at this time.
Remember to take advantage of Priority Registration, classes
fill quickly.
Spring Hill Gymnastics divides
the year into
6 Sessions, after
carefully reviewing the calendars of the many local school
systems, community sports programs and holidays for the upcoming
years.
Priority Deadline:
Priority
Deadline is the deadline by which
Current Students
must pay tuition or forfeit their priority status over to
New
or
Previous Students.
Families who would rather not worry about the
Priority Deadline
should consider either
Auto Debit
or
Credit Card On File.
Auto Debit Convenience:
Simply Secure your class spot for multiple sessions in advance
and lock-in your
PRIORITY STATUS
for up to the
entire year. In the event your personal schedule changes and
you cannot fulfill the class obligations,
notify us in writing 15 business days
BEFORE the start of Priority Registration Week and you will not
be charged for that next session. Also available for
Summer 10wk Schedule.
Credit Card On File:
We securely keep your credit card on file and manually charge
tuition against it each session, during priority registration
week, until you notify us.
(in writing 15 business days
BEFORE the start of Priority Registration Week) Otherwise,
change requests must be made in accordance with all regular
procedures.
New Students
Register
anytime,
in fact,
as soon as possible.
If there is not a spot immediately available, the
New Student
registration is dated and placed in the
Holding File / waiting List.
After the
Priority
Deadline
passes, the
Holding File
is opened and
New Students
are placed in classes based on their dated order.
Current Students
Tuition payment
procedures are Important.
Current Students
have priority over
New Students
if tuition is paid on or before the
Priority Deadline.
If a
Current Student
fails to pay
tuition by the
Priority Deadline,
priority is
forfeited
and
New Students or Previous Students
are placed in
classes. Note that
Current Students
must request class changes before the
Priority Deadline
in order to have priority. |
