Pick-up and Drop-off

We Ask Please! Punctuality

Moms, Dads & Drivers — for the sake of your child as well as for all of the other children, please be on time!

Being late is far more difficult on a child than what many parents realize.  In addition, it greatly distracts the rhythm of the class. and other students.

Can I drop my child off for class?

Spring Hill Gymnastics asks that parents with children under the age of 4 remain in the gym lobby.

Spring Hill Gymnastics is not designed to, or is equipped to, supervise children before or after classes.  Parents of children who are unable to safely supervise themselves are to stay ON SITE during their child's class and be at an appropriate pickup area inside the facility when class ends.

Spring Hill Gymnastics makes a concentrated effort to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the premises.  However, it is impossible to always distinguish an adult intent on abducting a child from parents legitimately waiting for their child.

What Is My Membership Fee For?

$35 Individual / $50 Family Membership Fee is due upon initial registration and on your anniversary date, thereafter.

This fee defrays Spring Hill Gymnastics administrative costs in registering your child, and bestows Previous Student status to any immediate family member of a Current Student during Priority Registration, as well as other special events and giveaways we have for our members.

It also gives the members of your immediate Family Discounts on Open Gyms, Birthday Parties and other Special Events!

Make-Up Policy

Your tuition pays for a spot in the class, REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE.

As a courtesy, Spring Hill Gymnastics offers ONE make-up class per session.  Summer Class programs have unlimited make-ups!

All make-ups must be pre-scheduled with the office and completed during the current session in which the class is missed.

However, Spring Hill Gymnastics only schedules make-ups when doing so does not jeopardize the safety or integrity of the class.  Make-up procedures vary from program to program, depending on safety concerns, space, equipment and teaching ratios.  Make-ups are a privilege.

Spring Hill Gymnastics reserves the right to refuse to offer a make-up if we feel it will affect safety or lessen the experience of those children who have registered for and paid for that class.  Note, we do not allow any make-ups or Trials during the first week of any session.  Again, please be aware that make-ups are not guaranteed as classes may not be available.

In the event of an absence during the last week of a session, a make-up into the next session may permitted if the student is actively registered in that session, upon request.  HOLIDAY absences may be made-up in advance of the holiday if scheduled in the same session.  The same applies to absences due to personal schedule conflicts known in advance.

Priority Registration

Beginning the fifth week of every session, our Priority Registration

begins for the next session!  It is a three week process that is designed to be a convenience to you.  During the first week, you can re-register your child if you keep the same day and time.  This way your spot is reserved.  During the second week, if you need to change the day or time you can do so.  The third week is open enrollment.  Anyone who wishes to take a class with us that is not currently enrolled can do so at this time.  Remember to take advantage of Priority Registration, classes fill quickly.

Spring Hill Gymnastics divides the year into 6 Sessions, after carefully reviewing the calendars of the many local school systems, community sports programs and holidays for the upcoming years.

Priority DeadlinePriority Deadline is the deadline by which Current Students must pay tuition or forfeit their priority status over to New or Previous Students.  Families who would rather not worry about the Priority Deadline should consider either Auto Debit or Credit Card On File.

Auto Debit Convenience:  Simply Secure your class spot for multiple sessions  in advance and lock-in your PRIORITY STATUS for up to the entire  year.  In the event your personal schedule changes and you cannot fulfill the class obligations, notify us in writing 15 business days BEFORE the start of Priority Registration Week and you will not be charged for that next session.  Also available for Summer 10wk Schedule.

Credit Card On File:  We securely keep your credit card on file and  manually charge tuition against it each session, during priority registration week, until you notify us. (in writing 15 business days BEFORE the start of Priority Registration Week)  Otherwise, change requests must be made in accordance with all regular procedures.

New Students

Register anytime, in fact, as soon as possible.  If there is not a spot immediately available, the New Student registration is dated and placed in the Holding File / waiting List.  After the Priority Deadline passes, the Holding File is opened and New Students are placed in classes based on their dated order.

Current Students

Tuition payment procedures are Important.  Current Students have priority over New Students if tuition is paid on or before the Priority Deadline.  If a Current Student fails to pay tuition by the Priority Deadline, priority is forfeited and New Students or Previous Students are placed in classes.  Note that Current Students must request class changes before the Priority Deadline in order to have priority.

Family Discounts

20% Family Multi-Class Discount:  When more than one immediate family member is enrolled at the same time, ONLY the most expensive tuition in your family pays full tuition; ALL lesser tuitions are discounted 20%.  Team Programs, some special events & previously discounted programs are excluded.

Referrals

I get what, when I refer my friends?

Spring Hill Gymnastics likes to know you like the choices you make for your children!  If someone you refer registers for a class, your receive a $5 credit to your account.  If you refer 5 or more people in any session, you receive free tuition for the next session!
